1000 paper cranes project V. 1000 paper stars project!

Time for my daily post! Although I almost forgot about it, ah ^.^

So, I read the story of Sadako Sasaki like, two days ago? I was inspired by her story (Google her or 1000 paper cranes) and decided to make 1000 paper cranes. 1000. One thousand. Thats alot of cranes, lol ^.^ So far I have 54 after one day, so I might get this finished in about 20 days, if I make 50 a day. I threaded the ones tha tI finished in tens onto black wool, and pinned them to my celing over my bed, like a kind-of mobile. Here is a picture of them so far:

Yeah, my walls are white, lol ^.^ And the thing on the right hand side is my wardrobe, but the camra on my phone caught it. this is also only 50 of them, since I string them up in 10's.

Anyway, some of the cranes are made out of normal white a4 paper (I can get 5-6 cranes out of one sheet, depending on the size I make the crane), some are printed with patterns, some are made out of the lyrics sheet of Girls take Japan! (Which, if you know me by Innamode, will know that that is my single, which is yet to be released), some are made out of a old music sheet, and some are cut from old magazines. It's a great way to recycle old papers and such you have lying around ^.^

And now onto the paper stars!

It is said that if you make 1000 paper or 'lucky' stars, you will get a wish. So I want to make that amount of stars ^.^ Yet again, it will be hard, but I allready have 105 in a old water bottle, so it shouldn't be *too* hard. I can also use this as a oppitunity to make myself some patterns to use, and those that I do make will be put up on my deviantART account, which is also Innamode, so please check them out! Anyway, here is a picture of them so far!

I have loads of differetn patterns from differetn people on these stars, like pokemon, deer, animal skin patterns, colours, ect. They are so simple to make once you get the hang of!

Anyway, I will keep updating you all on my progress with these projects! I really hope I can complete them!
